Terms of service
Our terms of service are being written. The platform does not take payments yet, so there is no contract for this document to describe today — we will publish it before anything here can be bought.
What applies in the meantime
The parking service is sold by the operator running that car park, not by us — which is why the terms of a given stay are that operator's terms. You will find them with the offer: the free cancellation deadline, what the ride to the terminal covers, the site's working hours and what the price includes. We copy those same terms into the booking confirmation, so they stay with you in the wording you accepted.
If you are after an answer to a specific question — what happens on cancellation, how a day is counted, who issues the payment document — it is in the help section. What we write there describes how the service actually behaves; it does not stand in for legal documents, but it answers the question here and now.
