What happens after you book
The moment you pay, an e-mail arrives with your booking number, the entry code and directions to that particular car park. On arrival you give the number — the staff already know when you land and when to send the transfer back. You can change the dates, the invoice details and the number plate yourself, from a link in that same e-mail, right up to arrival.

How do I book a parking space?
Pick your airport, enter the date and time you arrive and return, and you will see every car park with a price for the whole stay. Choose an offer and you move on to the form: contact details, your return flight number, and the car's registration plate if you have it to hand — it is optional. You pay online right away — only a paid booking is a confirmed one. The confirmation, with your booking number and entry code, arrives by email within minutes.
Is the price shown with the offer the final one?
Yes — the amount shown with an offer is the price for the whole stay on your dates. Mandatory services, where a car park applies them (a surcharge for a larger group of passengers, for instance), are added to the quote before payment and appear as separate lines in the price breakdown. You pay nothing extra on site, as long as you do not change the dates or the services.
How do I enter the car park?
You give your booking number, in the OPK-XXXXXX format, on arrival — that number is the entry code. The confirmation email prints it as digits, and the scannable QR code is on the confirmation page, behind the management link and on the printable sheet, so keep one of them to hand on your phone. The registration plate is not needed to get in; if you never gave one, the staff will fill it in on site. The code works from the moment the booking is confirmed until the stay ends. Entry is handled by a person, not an automatic barrier.
How do I get from the car park to the airport?
Usually by the operator's shuttle running between the site and the terminal; some car parks are close enough to walk. We give the type of ride, how long it takes and how often it runs next to every offer — where the operator has filled that in. We state no single rule for every car park, because no such rule exists: it is a setting of that particular site and that is where it must be checked.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each car park states its own free cancellation deadline — for most it is 24 hours before arrival. You see the exact deadline on the car park's page before booking and again in your confirmation. Up to that point we refund 100% of the amount. After it you can still cancel, but the payment is not refunded. The deadline that applies to your booking is recorded at purchase, so a later change by the operator does not move it.
