Getting to the terminal
How you travel between the car park and the terminal, and what to look for in an offer.
How do I get from the car park to the airport?
Usually by the operator's shuttle running between the site and the terminal; some car parks are close enough to walk. We give the type of ride, how long it takes and how often it runs next to every offer — where the operator has filled that in. We state no single rule for every car park, because no such rule exists: it is a setting of that particular site and that is where it must be checked.
Is the ride to the terminal included in the price?
Sometimes it is included and sometimes it is charged on top — the car park operator decides. We say plainly which applies next to the offer, so check it before booking rather than on arrival. Where the ride is included, the amount you pay online covers the journey both ways. Where it is charged separately, that is stated with the offer alongside the operator's other terms.
What hours does the shuttle run?
The operator sets the running hours and we show them with the offer; where those fields are empty, it means the car park has not limited the rides to particular hours. For a dawn departure or a late-night landing, confirm it with the car park directly before booking — the operator's phone number is in your confirmation, and the terms of the ride sit next to the offer.
How do I arrange the ride back after landing?
The booking form asks for your return flight number, which lets the car park know when to expect you and see any delay. After landing, call the car park on the number from your confirmation and give your booking number — the staff will tell you where and when the shuttle will pull in. If the flight number changed after you booked, correct it yourself behind the management link.
What if my flight is delayed?
The return flight number you gave when booking lets the car park see when you will actually land, so a delay by itself does not void the booking. Call the car park as soon as you know how far you are shifting. Keep the day count in mind, though: if collection moves by a dozen hours or more, another day may be added — its price is shown in the quote as the next-day threshold. You can extend the stay yourself behind the management link and see what it costs before confirming; if you do not, the staff settle that day with you at collection.
