Changes and cancellation
What you can change yourself, until when, and what happens to the amount you paid.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each car park states its own free cancellation deadline — for most it is 24 hours before arrival. You see the exact deadline on the car park's page before booking and again in your confirmation. Up to that point we refund 100% of the amount. After it you can still cancel, but the payment is not refunded. The deadline that applies to your booking is recorded at purchase, so a later change by the operator does not move it.
How do I change the dates of my booking?
Behind the management link you received with the confirmation. There you change the arrival and return date and time, the number of people travelling to the terminal and the return flight number. Moving the whole stay is open until the free cancellation deadline counted from the original arrival date has passed, and the new dates must have space on every day. Pushing only the return later is a separate action and stays open longer — see the question about coming back later below.
What will a change of dates cost me?
The quote is recalculated from scratch for the new dates rather than merely by the difference in days: the number of days, the number of people and the extras you chose all count. The unit prices in your booking stay frozen, so a rate rise after purchase does not reach you. We show the difference against what you paid — up or down — before you confirm, so nothing settles without your agreement.
Can I change the vehicle details?
Yes. The make, model and registration plate of the car you declared can be corrected behind the management link right up to entering the car park — so also when you end up driving a different car at the last minute. The number of cars cannot be changed, because it feeds the quote; for an extra car make a separate booking, or cancel within the free cancellation window and book afresh.
Can I correct my invoice details after booking?
Yes. Invoice details are editable behind the management link, including after the stay has ended and after a cancellation — for as long as the link is valid, which is 30 days past your planned departure. Changing them affects neither the amount nor the status of the booking. If you have an account, the details are saved to your profile and filled in on your next booking.
I lost the link that manages my booking — what now?
Look for the confirmation email: the link is in it, along with your booking number. If the message is gone and you booked as a guest, you can attach the booking to an account — once signed in you give the booking number and the email address used at purchase, and we send a confirming link to that address. That link is valid for an hour; the management link itself works for 30 days after departure.
I'm coming back later than planned — what do I do?
Extend the stay yourself, behind the management link: you move the return time only, and the arrival stays exactly as booked. This stays open longer than a change of dates — past the free cancellation deadline too, and while the car is already on the site, because a longer stay adds revenue for the operator rather than taking it away. The engine prices it and we show you what it costs before you confirm anything. If the new return falls inside the day you already paid for, you pay nothing. Once the stay is closed, the staff settle the extra day as they hand the car over.
